In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the uangh5 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.

2.2 By creating an Account or placing a Bet, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions without reservation.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2.4 These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purposes of betting;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by the Company for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not a current employee, officer, or close family member of any employee or officer of the Company or its software providers.

3.2 The Platform is intended primarily for users based in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform is consistent with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account that it reasonably believes does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this clause.

4.1 Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple Accounts held by the same person constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID);
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number (in +62 format);
• Valid email address;
• Date of birth;
• Bank account details (for the purposes of withdrawals).

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, the Company will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph of a valid Indonesian government-issued identification document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or valid passport) and, where required, a selfie with the document. Verification is typically completed within 2 business hours. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in withdrawal suspension.

4.5 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be made mandatory for Accounts exceeding specified withdrawal thresholds. The Company is not liable for Account compromises attributable to a User's failure to enable 2FA.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following channels:

The Company does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits. Any interbank transfer fees are levied solely by your sending financial institution and are outside the Company's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are targeted for processing within 5 minutes. Off-hours requests are queued and processed at the next available window, typically within 24 hours. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per transaction are displayed within the Account dashboard and are subject to the User's KYC verification status and VIP tier.

5.6 Withdrawal Matching. Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the uangh5 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The Company will reject any withdrawal request to an account in a different name and may flag the Account for further review.

5.7 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

6.1 The Company may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds, suspension of the Account, and recovery of any winnings derived from abusive play:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Placing offsetting bets (i.e., betting on all outcomes of an event) to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Using bonus funds to place bets on games excluded from wagering requirement contribution as if they were eligible;
• Colluding with other Users to exploit promotional structures;
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.

6.5 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; certain slot games may contribute at reduced rates; table games and live dealer games may contribute at lower rates or be excluded entirely.

6.6 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to any commitments already made to Users who have opted into an active promotion in good faith.

7.1 Placement of Bets. A Bet is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform and a reference number is issued. Bets placed in error or reconsidered by the User after confirmation cannot be cancelled unless explicitly permitted under the specific game or event rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed at the point of wager placement for each market and game type. The Company reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets. The Company reserves the right to declare a Bet void in the following circumstances:

• The Bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without the required play-time being completed;

• The event outcome was affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct (e.g., force majeure, match abandonment);

7.4 Sports Betting. All sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia qualifying matches, are subject to the specific sporting rules published on the Platform for each sport. 7.5 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to live feed availability. The Company accepts no liability for system latency, feed delays, or errors in live data that may affect in-play pricing. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

7.6 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to succeed; a single void selection will typically result in the leg being removed and odds recalculated. 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and legal action where appropriate:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;

• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors under 21;

8.2 The Company employs real-time fraud detection, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate Account freezing, investigation, and forfeiture of any related winnings pending resolution.

9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Where the Company is found liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in this clause limits the Company's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence.

11.1 The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

11.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

13.2 Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
